Watching live music is a magical experience for young children. It is mesmerising to see musicians playing, singers singing, and dancers dancing. Live performance is inspiring and exciting, teaching children about different ways to move and learn. Furthermore, it can be used to encourage all forms of interaction, and spark your child’s imagination in ways you didn’t know were possible. Many orchestras, theatres, and town halls have music events for children. These are more relaxed performances, which allow children the chance to join in. Here are some of the most interesting music events for children in October 2017 – book your tickets now!

Mess Around Ltd. – Spooktacular Mess
Throughout October, Nationwide
Suitable for: Children aged 6 months – 5 years
These Mess Around parties are absolutely brilliant! We attended a Mess Around rave a few months ago, and it one of the most original and fun things we have done with J. In June we enjoyed the Mess Around Despicable Me party, which was about all things yellow! This month, they are celebrating Halloween, with lots of gruesome and grizzly materials to get stuck into. From ghostly mud to gory goo, there are going to be so many fun stations. There is lots of mess involved – but none of the tidying up. Book onto one of these events – you won’t regret it.
